3. Products and Services
We offer a range of apparel and accessories for the alternative and streetwear culture. All products are made to order and fulfilled through our partner Printful. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product under these Terms of Service. All orders are subject to acceptance, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when placing an order. All prices are displayed in your local currency where available. Taxes, shipping fees, and other charges may apply depending on your location. You will be charged at the time of order placement.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide through Printful's global fulfilment network. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days, after which shipping times are estimated as follows:
• USA: 2–6 business days
• Europe: 2–7 business days
• Canada: 2–7 business days
• Australia: 7–15 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
6. Order Issues and Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please do the following before contacting us:
• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
• Ask your local post office if they have your package.
• Check with your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
If your package is still missing, reach out to us at info@reapercult.com with your order number. If there was a mistake in your delivery address, we can send a replacement order, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
7. Returns and Refunds
We stand by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives in poor condition or is the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@reapercult.com with a photo and your order number — we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. However, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised — which includes all products in our store, as each item is printed on demand specifically for you. This exemption is provided under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is excluded on this basis. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or damaged goods.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities. This includes but is not limited to:
• Engaging in any behaviour that could disrupt or damage the website.
• Submitting false or misleading information.
• Using our website for commercial purposes without authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
